Muscle relaxants belong to the group of injectables and are injectable proteins that temporarily reduce the activity of specific muscles. They soften expression lines (such as frown lines, forehead wrinkles, and crow’s feet) and give your face a fresh, natural appearance — without blocking your facial expressions. Muscle relaxants can also be used to treat excessive sweating.
How does the procedure work?
After cleansing and marking, you will receive small injections with a fine needle. This may feel briefly stinging; temporary redness, swelling, or a small bruise may occur, which usually disappears quickly. You will see the first effects after 3–4 days, and the full effect becomes visible after approximately 10–14 days. Light makeup is often allowed after about an hour.
